We are looking for **an individual, a couple, or a family to live on and take care of the maintenance of an estate**. The selected person will be responsible for **surveillance, general upkeep, and minor maintenance tasks** necessary to keep the estate in good condition. Particular value will be placed on knowledge or experience in various areas such as: * Masonry and general maintenance. * Plumbing. * Mechanics. * Repairs and minor conservation tasks. * Estate care and surveillance. **A combination of knowledge and skills will be valued**, so it is not necessary to be a specialist in all these areas. What do we offer? We provide **accommodation on the estate itself, with electricity and water included**. Additionally, there is **the possibility of employment within our company**, depending on the candidate's profile, experience, and expertise. We seek someone who is **responsible, proactive, and committed to the care of the estate**, with an intention toward long-term stability. **Applications from couples or families interested in residing permanently on the estate will be especially valued**.
