Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager in cleaning and/or real estate to acquire customers and develop business in the area. Key Highlights: 1. Real growth opportunities A growing company is looking for a **Commercial Manager** with experience in the **cleaning services** and/or **real estate** sector. The selected candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers and developing business in the area. **Responsibilities:** * Acquiring new customers (companies, residential communities, offices, real estate agencies, etc.). * Managing and retaining the customer portfolio. * Preparing and tracking quotations. * Negotiating and closing sales. * Identifying commercial opportunities in the market. * Coordinating with the operational team. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a sales professional in cleaning and/or real estate. * Proactive profile with a results-oriented mindset. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Knowledge of the local market. * Proficiency in basic tools (Excel, CRM, etc.). * Driver’s license (desirable). **Offered:** * Permanent contract. * Fixed salary \+ commissions. * Real growth opportunities. * Autonomy and team support. **Position Type:** Part-Time **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday \- 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM Position Type: Part-Time Salary: €850.00\-€900.00 per month Expected Hours: 25 hours per week Work Location: On-site employment
