**Description:** ---------------- We need to hire a Service Manager at our Granada branch. We are looking for a person responsible for the overall management of operations within the client portfolio assigned to them, ensuring compliance with the company's established standards for their area of responsibility. **Main Responsibilities** * You will be responsible for the comprehensive management of operations in your assigned client portfolio, ensuring compliance with the company's established standards for your area of responsibility. * Coordinate, manage, and support Site Managers, where applicable, and operational staff assigned to client sites under your responsibility, ensuring appropriate service quality and resolving any potential incidents. * Monitor compliance with labor, product, and expense forecasts established for each contracted job. * Maintain communication with clients regarding daily operational matters. * Launch new services or onboard new clients, supported by the Business Unit management and according to the signed service offer and contract. * Prepare quarterly productivity reports. * Manage and monitor purchase orders for your client sites. * Collaborate with management on continuous improvement projects for clients. * Conduct annual competency development interviews with operational employees under your supervision. **Requirements:** --------------- * Intermediate-level vocational training, second-grade specialist technician, and/or extensive experience in a similar role.
