To strengthen it, we seek individuals like you to fill the position of **Commercial Manager** **in the province of Salamanca.** **What will be your mission?** You will focus on customer service and commercial activities, ensuring achievement of business objectives and quality standards aligned with those of the Bank, reporting to the branch manager or deputy manager. Your main responsibilities, among others, will include: * Delivering excellent, personalized customer service, increasing customer engagement and anticipating their current and future needs. * Providing financial advisory and selling products and services, oriented toward achieving business results and objectives, retaining existing customers and acquiring new ones. * Managing documentation and handling routine customer operations at the branch across all marketed products and services, performing daily branch administrative tasks as required. * Supporting other duties assigned by the branch or the institution. **What do we offer?** **Work-Life Balance:** ️ * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00–15:00. On Thursdays, a 3-hour afternoon shift from November 1 to March 31.
