Job Summary: We are seeking a gardener for municipal garden maintenance and improvement, including pruning, fertilization, and new plantings, with complementary training in skills and environmental topics. Professional guidance upon contract completion Temporary full-time contract for 12 months, with working hours from 08:00 to 15:30\. Monthly gross salary of 1\.638,60 euros. Expected start date is 1 June 2026 in El Atazar (Madrid). Responsibilities include municipal garden and tree maintenance and improvement, path upkeep, pruning of trees and shrubs, fertilization, hedge trimming, leaf and plant debris cleaning, and new plantings. Prior experience or a professional qualification certificate is required. During the contract, training in transversal competencies will be provided: a 40-hour course on personal and social skills for employment, and a 50-hour course on environmental awareness and good practices. Professional guidance will be offered upon completion.
