At Fundación Cibervoluntarios, we are seeking an intern to provide direct support within the Fundraising area. This role contributes to the organization’s sustainable growth by strengthening institutional relationships, diversifying funding sources, and promoting strategic partnerships that ensure the development and continuity of the Foundation’s projects.

**Main Responsibilities**
**Fundraising and Partnership Management**
* Identify private funding opportunities and new collaborators.
* Manage and foster relationships with companies, foundations, and donors.
* Develop and monitor collaboration proposals.
**Proposal Development and Presentation**
* Design customized sponsorship and fundraising proposals tailored to each entity.
* Coordinate the necessary information for their development and presentation.
* Monitor proposals until resolution.
**Institutional Development**
* Support the implementation of the fundraising and institutional development strategy.
* Manage the collaborator database and fundraising indicators.
* Prepare results reports and represent the Foundation at meetings and events.
**Required Competencies**
* Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Negotiation skills and ability to develop institutional relationships.
* Proactivity in identifying new funding opportunities.
* Creativity in designing collaboration proposals.
* Teamwork and coordination across different departments.
* Results-oriented mindset and focus on resource acquisition.
* **Required Profile:**
Intermediate-to-advanced level of English
Bachelor’s or master’s student in social sciences, sociology, or related fields.
Knowledge of how the third sector operates
