We are looking for a Fullstack Developer to join a project focused on the evolution and refactoring of a mobile application built with React \+ Ionic for Android. The selected candidate will replace a current team developer and will be primarily responsible for refactoring and improving the application’s architecture, with special emphasis on state management and stability across various functional flows. Currently, inconsistent behaviors stemming from state management in the mobile application (not present in the web version) are being detected; therefore, it will be necessary to analyze the current implementation and propose solutions enabling more robust, maintainable, and scalable behavior. Responsibilities: • Participate in the mobile application refactoring. • Analyze and optimize state management using Redux. • Review data persistence in Local Storage and its synchronization with the application. • Identify and resolve issues arising from asynchronous state execution, race conditions, and navigation changes. • Improve code architecture and apply development best practices. • Develop new features both on the frontend and backend as needed. • Collaborate with the rest of the technical team on product evolution. Requirements: • 2\-3 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer (candidates with more experience will be valued). • Solid experience with React. • Experience developing with Node.js. • Proficiency in TypeScript. • Experience working with Redux or similar tools for state management. • Knowledge of REST API development. • Experience with Git and agile methodologies. Preferred qualifications: • Experience with Ionic React. • Knowledge of Redux Toolkit, Redux Persist, or similar solutions. • Experience developing hybrid mobile applications. • Experience in refactoring and improving existing architectures. • Knowledge of mobile application performance optimization and debugging.
