As part of the Ultra-Fresh Section team, led by the Section Manager, your responsibilities will include: * Receiving goods, ensuring freshness and compliance with incoming quality standards for fruits and vegetables. * Preparing and displaying fruits, vegetables, and other section products, ensuring quality, correct quantities, and optimal presentation. * Conducting yield analyses, performance calculations, shrinkage assessments, etc. * Monitoring current stock levels, supporting the Section Manager in inventory checks and ordering processes, and ensuring adequate stock levels and product variety. * Monitoring and removing products failing to meet required freshness standards. * Cleaning, organizing, and supervising section tools, equipment, and facilities.
