Job Summary: This position manages the complete Order to Cash cycle, ensuring efficiency in order processing, incident resolution, and customer satisfaction through cross-departmental coordination. Key Highlights: 1. End-to-end management of the Order to Cash process and customer support. 2. Collaboration with Sales, Distribution, and Back Office teams. 3. Collaborative environment with a hybrid work model and training. The role oversees the full Order to Cash process—from order registration in SAP to delivery confirmation—ensuring accurate and efficient processing. It also resolves customer and distributor inquiries and incidents, delivering high-quality support and maintaining a positive experience in every interaction. Coordination with Sales, Distribution, and Back Office teams is critical for handling returns, deductions, and complex cases, always prioritizing customer satisfaction and business operational efficiency. Daily responsibilities include proactive communication with customers and commercial partners to clarify questions, administrative order management in SAP, and close collaboration with other departments to resolve logistical or commercial incidents. The role also involves supporting return processes, rejection of goods, recovery of invalid deductions, and identifying and reporting risks that may impact order flow or customer relationships. The work environment is collaborative and results-oriented, valuing attention to detail and problem-solving ability. A hybrid work model (office and remote work) is offered, requiring organization and autonomy, with initial training included. This position directly contributes to optimizing the sales cycle and improving service quality. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar roles within areas such as Order to Cash, customer support, logistics, or order administration is required. Proficiency in SAP is mandatory. The candidate must demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to resolve incidents with customers and distributors, as well as effective coordination with internal teams.
