Focus on occupational safety and health. **Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsa **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., the parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in rural development and nature conservation works, seeks to hire 1 Foreman for the construction sector in Ciudad Real. **Work Location** -------------------- * Ciudad Real **Functions and Responsibilities** ---------------------- * Organize and assign tasks among workers under supervision * Interpret blueprints, measurements, and layout plans * Monitor equipment and personnel performance under supervision * Comply with and ensure compliance with occupational safety and health regulations * Verify proper storage of materials **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by completing evaluation tests and/or attaching the necessary documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request, at any stage of the process, documents verifying the information provided in the application, as well as to require additional information from the curriculum vitae whenever necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits for the advertised position. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * You hold a Spanish high school diploma (Bachiller), pre-university certificate (BUP or COU), or vocational training qualification (FP I, CFGM, FP II, or CFGS), including qualifications officially recognized in Spain. ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid driver’s license class B **Merit Criteria (Evaluated)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * At least 2,000 hours of accredited training in agricultural specialties * Basic Occupational Risk Prevention Course ### **Prior Experience** * From 1 month to 1 year of experience in silvicultural treatments (verified via employment contracts, employment history record, or job function certificate) * From 6 months to 1 year of experience in projects related to renewable energy: photovoltaic, wind, etc. ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * Willingness to travel **Observations** ----------------- * Offer includes: + Fixed-term contract of approximately 1 month, with possible extension if applicable, respecting the maximum duration limits established by current labor legislation for each contractual modality. Contract type and duration will depend on the hiring cause, project, and circumstances of the selected candidate. + Full-time working hours.
