DESCRIPTION Our client, a leading company in the Balearic Islands specializing in the application of waterproofing systems for construction, is seeking to hire **First-Class Waterproofing Technicians** to expand its team. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with experience in the sector who are looking for a stable project, with the possibility of participating in national and even international construction projects. **Responsibilities** ------------- * Installation and execution of waterproofing systems on construction sites. * Installation of **asphalt fabric, PVC, TPO, EPDM, and cementitious mortars**. * Surface preparation and application of various waterproofing systems. * Compliance with quality and safety standards on site. * Collaboration with other team members to ensure proper execution of tasks. **Requirements** -------------- * **Proven experience of at least 5 years** in waterproofing systems. * Experience installing asphalt fabric, PVC, TPO, EPDM, and cementitious mortars. * **Class B driving license** (mandatory). * Residence in **Mallorca**, or willingness to relocate to the island. * Availability for temporary travel across national territory. * Willingness to participate, on a voluntary basis, in international projects (with specific economic conditions for each destination). ### **Required Training** * **20-hour PRL course in Masonry or Waterproofing**. * **6-hour PRL course in Waterproofing** (if the 20-hour Masonry course has already been completed). * **6-hour Working at Heights course**. **Offered** ------------- * **Indefinite-term contract**. * Integration into a benchmark company in the waterproofing sector. * Possibility of **company-facilitated accommodation** for candidates relocating. * **Company vehicle**. * Opportunity to participate in national and international projects, with additional remuneration for overseas assignments. * Job stability and professional development prospects. * Salary between 24\-3k depending on qualifications.
