Job Summary: We are seeking a first-class offset machine operator to prepare, operate, and maintain offset printing presses, ensuring quality and coordinating team work. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate and maintain offset printing presses for high-quality materials. 2. Supervise production, monitoring color and defects. 3. Coordinate work with the team. Requirements for First-Class Offset Machine Operator: Responsibilities: \- Prepare, operate, and maintain offset printing presses to produce high-quality materials, adjusting registration, inking, and plates. \- Mount plates and adjust inking and dampening units prior to press runs. Operate the offset printing press, controlling speed, registration, and pressure. \- Supervise production to ensure quality, monitoring color and defects throughout the process. Load and prepare materials such as paper, inks, etc. \- Clean and perform preventive maintenance on the press; record incidents and work reports. \- Coordinate work with assistants and other colleagues. Requirements: \- Minimum two years’ verifiable experience operating offset machines as a qualified operator. \- Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. Offer: \- Permanent full-time contract. \- Working days: Monday to Friday. \- Rotating shifts: morning shift from 06:45 to 14:30 hours, afternoon shift from 14:30 to 22:45 hours.
