Our primary operations are carried out within the Principality of Asturias, while we also occasionally serve long-standing clients in neighboring autonomous communities. Currently, we are simultaneously executing several construction and rehabilitation projects, ranging from residential buildings to single-family homes, enabling us to maintain continuous and stable production. To strengthen our workforce for current and future projects, we are seeking to hire a **First-Class Bricklayer**. * Execution of specialized bricklaying work both in new construction and rehabilitation projects. * Interpretation of technical project documents and blueprints, as well as independent execution of on-site layout and setting-out. * Organization and daily task layout for assigned work on site. Requirements * Demonstrable and verifiable experience in the position of First-Class Bricklayer. * Technical ability to read and interpret blueprints and perform on-site layout and setting-out. * Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) training meeting the specific hour requirements stipulated for this position under the Construction Collective Agreement. * Class B driving license. **Additional Valuable Qualifications (Preferred)** * Practical knowledge of formwork systems for single-family home construction. * Preventive Resources Course. * Specific 60-hour Occupational Health and Safety training. * Certifications for operating construction machinery. * Tower Crane Operator Certificate. * Any other technically relevant or complementary training accredited within the sector.
