DESCRIPTION **International business group linked to the maritime-industrial sector,** at a time of evolution, change, and growth, is seeking to hire a **FINANCE MANAGER** in Barcelona to strengthen its financial structure. The current incumbent will retire in the coming months, and a replacement is sought to ensure a smooth and straightforward transition. Within the department, there is one person responsible for accounting. The company is characterized by a close-knit, dynamic environment with an open communication culture, collaboration, and trust, where individuals have a real impact on the business. It is a medium-sized enterprise. ### **What will you find in this project?** * Open communication culture. * A growing expansion project within the group. * High exposure to the business and participation in key decisions, with dynamic work both in the office and on-site at the plant. * 1 direct report. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Oversight of the full accounting cycle. * Preparation and analysis of financial reporting. * Coordination of tax compliance obligations. * Liaison and coordination with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities. * Budget monitoring and variance analysis. * Improvement of internal processes and financial tools. ### **Required Profile** * Degree in Finance, Business Administration (ADE), or related field. * 5 years of experience in comprehensive financial functions, preferably within multinational companies. * Advanced level of English for interaction with international stakeholders. * Experience with ERP systems.
