The mission is to become part of the production team, participating in line operations and ensuring final product quality. Responsibilities include operating industrial machinery, supplying production lines, monitoring the production process, identifying incidents, performing basic maintenance, and complying with safety regulations. A temporary contract is offered, with potential for permanent employment. The salary is €23.216 gross per year, with rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night). The company provides initial training and a positive work environment with opportunities for continuity. Prior experience in an industrial or factory environment, availability for rotating shifts, commitment, responsibility, and teamwork skills are valued. Candidates must reside in Lleida or nearby, or have the ability to commute.
