




Job Summary: We are seeking a Facility Manager to oversee service operations, coordinate human and technical resources, and ensure compliance with service levels and regulations. Opportunities for growth and cost savings within the contract **Description:** ---------------- We require a Facility Manager in Madrid. You will be responsible for functions related to the operational delivery of services for assigned clients, managing dedicated human resources, and ensuring compliance with agreed service levels. Additionally, you will coordinate new facility installations and procurement of all products and services required for proper operation, conservation, and maintenance of facilities and engineering. **Main Responsibilities** * Responsible for daily client management, anticipating client needs and proposing continuous improvement initiatives. * Direct responsibility for the contract's profit-and-loss account and service quality. * Identify opportunities for growth and cost savings within the contract. Optimize resources and identify synergies. * Ensure compliance with current legislation governing services, particularly occupational health and safety regulations. * Prepare periodic reports. * Ensure compliance with SLAs. * Perform monthly billing and budget compliance analysis, covering both operational and extraordinary activities. * Develop proposals for facility/building improvements. * Manage documentation generated at the property. * Draft the annual audit plan for facilities and all physical locations of the building. * Monitor customer complaints and analyze specific needs of each department or user group. * Monitor construction works carried out in the building. * Daily management of cleaning, reception, and outsourced maintenance services. **Requirements:** --------------- * University degree in Business Administration (ADE) or Architecture is highly desirable. * Technical vocational qualification (medium-level), specialist technician (second-degree), and/or substantial experience in this role. * Experience in team management. * Familiarity with procedures of the Integrated Management System applicable to this role. * Knowledge of GMP regulations (highly valued). * Fluent English is essential. **We Offer** * Permanent full-time employment contract. * Flexible working hours. * Exclusive discounts and promotions for our employees. * Social benefits through the Flexible Compensation Plan.
