




Job Summary: Supervise and manage a department (Bar or Restaurant) to ensure the highest standard of customer service and coordinate staff tasks, with additional responsibilities for Bar or Restaurant leaders. Beverage preparation and qualified service **Mission** Oversee and supervise your area of responsibility (Bar or Restaurant) and all customer service tasks. **Duties and Responsibilities** DELIVER THE HIGHEST STANDARD OF SERVICE TO GUESTS § Mise en Place: assist in preparing and cleaning the workstation, equipment, and facilities. § Assist in delivering the assigned service, with special attention to the guest. § Clear service items and clean the workstation. § Prepare for the next service. § Cashier duties (guest welcome, cash/POS management, guest farewell). When acting as Bar Manager, in addition to the above duties, you will also perform the following tasks: § Manage the Bar’s dining room service. § Establish appropriate activity schedules for staff under your supervision. § Perform beverage sales, distribution, and service in the bar, as well as cocktail preparation, in a qualified, autonomous, and responsible manner. § Prepare all types of beverages, various cocktails, and mixed drinks. § Inspect and monitor inventory levels. When acting as Restaurant Manager, in addition to the above duties, you will also perform the following tasks: § Assume responsibility for restaurant service. § Ensure the restaurant area is always orderly, collaborating with other departments whenever your work permits. § Master both direct service and auxiliary table service. § Share your knowledge with your team to develop them into excellent collaborators. § Inform guests about the preparation methods of various menu items. § Advise guests on the wine list. § Manage and control defined processes for service delivery.
