Responsibilities \& Tasks PROVIDE THE HIGHEST SERVICE STANDARD TO GUESTS Greet guests and customers entering the restaurant, verify room number or reservation, and escort them to their tables. Inform guests about promotions and provide any information they may require regarding the restaurant. Ensure guest and customer comfort while they wait, if necessary. During peak occupancy periods, collaborate with staff to ensure smooth service flow. Ensure all tables are properly cleaned and arranged before seating guests and customers. If needed, assist with cleaning and removal of used cutlery and tableware. Supervise the restaurant area and adjacent zones to ensure cleanliness and absence of defects. ### **Requirements** Required language: Spanish.
