If you are seeking stable employment with **immediate hiring**, a willingness to learn, and an opportunity to join a company where quality, teamwork, and commitment make the difference, this opportunity is for you! **What will be your mission?** You will become part of a key phase in our production process, preparing fabric so that each garment is manufactured to the highest quality standards. On a daily basis, your responsibilities will include: * Preparing and spreading fabric for the cutting process. * Inspecting fabric and controlling the number of layers according to manufacturing orders. * Operating and supervising spreading and cutting machinery. * Sorting and preparing cut pieces for dispatch to production. * Recording fabric consumption and manufacturing information. * Managing surplus fabric and performing proper waste segregation. What are we looking for? **We do not require prior experience—we seek the right attitude.** Previous experience in a similar role is not necessary, as you will receive the required training to learn the job. However, we will **positively consider** experience in the textile sector, in production environments, or in tasks requiring precision, attention to detail, and process adherence.
