The selected candidate will be responsible for daily site supervision, overseeing teams and ensuring proper execution of works. Responsibilities * Daily organization and supervision of the construction site. * Coordination of in-house staff and subcontractors. * Monitoring of productivity, quality, and safety. * Assignment of tasks and progress tracking of works. * Direct communication with Production Manager and Site Manager. * Basic on-site materials control. Requirements * Prior experience as a Construction Site Manager in building projects. * Valid occupational health and safety (PRL) training courses. * Leadership and organizational skills. * Willingness to work in Lanzarote.
