Direct coordination with the technical management We are looking for educational assistants for substitutions at a residential center located in Barcelona. Immediate availability required. Weekly schedule is split; weekends and holidays: 12 hours. Long week and short week rotation. Education Degree in Social Integration, Social Education, etc. Other qualifications related to the social field are valued. Experience and Requirements * Experience in socio-educational work with people with functional diversity is desirable. * Experience in group homes/residential facilities or residences for people with functional diversity or elderly individuals is desirable. Tasks to be Performed * Support residents with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs). * Participate in leisure and learning activities. * Prepare, maintain, and manage materials and spaces for activities. * Direct coordination with technical management. Gross Salary: According to the Collective Agreement for Residential Facilities, Day Centers, and Group Homes for People with Intellectual Disabilities in Catalonia Others: * Confidentiality throughout the selection process is guaranteed.
