We are seeking an eCommerce Specialist with a *growth* profile, capable of combining strategy, analytics, and creativity to scale our digital business. You will join the Growth – Food Retail team within the eCommerce, Customers, and Omnichannel area, in a dynamic and rapidly transforming environment. **Key responsibilities and requirements.** **Responsibilities:** * Campaign and profitability management: Ensure proper execution of commercial campaigns, maximizing their impact through close collaboration with Procurement and Supply teams. Identify deviations and activate levers to improve results. * Omnichannel commercial coordination: Work alongside Procurement and brands to define the commercial calendar, translating actions and promotions to eCommerce to ensure aligned commercial activation meeting customer needs. * Optimization of the shopping experience and proposal of initiatives. * Benchmarking and continuous improvement. * Performance analysis: Monitor eCommerce KPIs and promotion results, collaborating with specialist areas in CRM, performance marketing, and Front Digital to derive insights and support decision-making. **Requirements:** * Experience: Minimum 5 years in eCommerce or Growth roles, preferably in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or Retail. * Education: Degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Digital Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, or related field. * Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, Google Analytics, MicroStrategy, and SEO. * Ability to interpret data, identify opportunities, and implement improvements. **We offer a variety of social benefits contributing to your well-being.** * Exclusive discounts and financing options. * Life insurance. * Corporate University. * Continuous training for professional development. * Educational assistance for employees’ children. * In-house medical service. * Flexible compensation plan. **If this position interests you, we invite you to apply—your experience could be highly valuable to us.
