




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to lead the technical direction and organization of naval technical interior design projects, managing clients, finances, and suppliers. Career development plan within the company CONTRACT INTERIORS is a company specialized in comprehensive interior design solutions for professional environments, combining design, manufacturing, and installation of spaces in sectors such as hospitality, corporate, and residential. However, its most established and demanding line lies in the naval sector, where it develops technical interior design projects for high-complexity vessels and boats, applying the same quality and design standards that characterize the firm. **Responsibilities:** * Technical direction and project organization * Client liaison * Financial control of the project * Cost analysis and variance tracking * Preparation of cash flow forecasts (receivables and payables) * Invoice approval * Certifications * Selection and communication with suppliers and other parties involved in the project * Preparation and monitoring of project schedules using project management software (Microsoft Project, Easy Projects, GanttPRO, Trello…) * Preparation and monitoring of the Procurement List * Management of project-specific platforms (Kronodoc, Mars, etc.) * Incident management (manufacturers and installers) * Review and approval of drawings and samples * Drafting of technical project documents (PQA, dossier feu, etc.) * Resolution of construction and technical details in collaboration with draftspersons and/or Manufacturing Manager **Profile:** * Qualification: Building Surveyor or Industrial Engineer, Architect or equivalent. * Minimum 2–4 years of experience, preferably in interior design and decoration projects for naval and hotel sectors. * Proficiency in AutoCAD. * Experience with Microsoft Project * Fluency in English. * Willingness to travel, primarily to Finland. **What We Offer:** * Opportunity to join a large, rapidly growing, and expanding company with a strong human team * Immediate hiring * Permanent contract * Office-based schedule of 40 hours per week, with flexibility between 07:00 and 16:00 * Enriching work environment * Competitive salary negotiable based on candidate’s experience and skills * Company-provided laptop * Accommodation at destination during relocation periods * Per diems * Career development plan within the company We look forward to welcoming you to our team and contributing together to our excellence in naval design and luxury furniture worldwide.
