At Grupo Prodesco, we are driving an ambitious digital transformation process and are looking to bring on board a person who can help us connect technology, processes, and people. We are not solely seeking a programmer or a support technician. We seek an inquisitive, proactive individual eager to participate in real projects that directly impact the company’s operations. What will you do? * Participate in digitalization projects across various company departments. * Develop small internal applications and tools. * Create and maintain management dashboards and performance indicators. * Integrate data from different systems and platforms. * Support the implementation of new tools and working methodologies. * Automate administrative or operational tasks and processes. * Collaborate with departments such as logistics, procurement, sales, administration, and management. * Research and apply emerging technologies and artificial intelligence to improve organizational efficiency. * Provide user support for the use of new digital tools. What are we looking for? * Education in Computer Science, Systems, Application Development, Engineering, or related fields. * Prior experience of 1–5 years in related roles. * Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or databases. * Experience with Microsoft 365\. * Familiarity with Power Apps, Power Automate, AppSheet, or similar tools. * Basic web development knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). * Interest in enterprise-oriented artificial intelligence. * Analytical ability and problem-solving orientation. Especially valued: * Experience in digitalization projects. * Knowledge of SAP or ERP systems. * Experience in logistics, industrial, or distribution environments. * Ability to work autonomously and propose improvements.
