What will be your purpose? As a Cybersecurity Architect, you will support business objectives as the foundation of all cybersecurity architecture, transforming strategy and risk appetite into secure, resilient, and AI-powered designs. You will be a key figure within the Information Security Architecture domain, with direct impact on the organization’s Strategic Dialog. What will you do at Allianz? * Define, design, and evolve cybersecurity architectures aligned with business, technology, and threats. * Translate security strategy and risk appetite into robust, resilient, and scalable solutions. * Lead threat modeling, gap analysis, and definition of current/future states, integrating AI capabilities as an accelerator. * Establish and maintain architecture standards, patterns, and artifacts as strategic assets of the domain. * Design security roadmaps for cloud and on-premise environments (e.g., Zero Trust, SABSA, TOGAF). * Evaluate emerging technologies and ensure their secure adoption, including GenAI and autonomous systems. * Oversee AI- or automation-based security solutions, validating outputs and managing emerging risks. * Act as a strategic advisor to business and IT, translating technical and risk-related needs into understandable language. * Collaborate with enterprise, solution, and product architects to ensure cross-cutting coherence and security. * Drive continuous improvement, security culture, and AI literacy across the organization. * Coordinate governance, compliance, privacy, and third-party risk management initiatives. What does Allianz need from you? * University degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field. * Relevant experience (approx. 5–7 years or equivalent) in security or cybersecurity architecture. * Solid knowledge of IT architectures (applications, data, networks, cloud, IAM, containers). * Experience in threat modeling, risk management, and security-by-design. * Familiarity with security frameworks: NIST CSF, ISO 27001/27002, GDPR. * Strategic thinking ability, cross-functional influence, and communication skills with diverse stakeholders. * High proficiency in both Spanish and English. * Experience in the insurance or financial services sector is a plus. * Knowledge of AI security (NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001, GenAI). * Certifications: CISSP, CCSP, CISM, CISA, TOGAF, or SABSA. * Experience in secure CI/CD, automation, and advanced analytics. * Experience in complex, hybrid, or multi-cloud environments.
