Collaborate in organizing activities and support the team In the **Coordination Assistant** position at the **Casa Ronald McDonald España Family Room**, you will support the coordination and smooth operation of the Family Room at Hospital Universitari Son Espases, **during afternoon shifts**. You will be responsible for welcoming and accompanying families, providing information about the Family Room’s rules, as well as preparing and maintaining the space (materials, common areas, etc.), ensuring a warm, safe, and respectful environment. You will record attendance, assist in managing volunteer shifts, and support the team with basic administrative tasks related to user families. Additionally, you will collaborate in organizing activities—including fundraising initiatives and direct support for children, girls, and family members. This is a part-time, on-site position located in Palma (Mallorca). **Requirements:** * Education related to the social field, or equivalent experience in direct family support. * Strong communication skills, active listening, and a friendly, approachable manner, with sensitivity toward situations of vulnerability and cultural diversity. * Organizational skills and ability to work collaboratively to coordinate activities, manage volunteer shifts, and maintain the Family Room in optimal condition. * Ability to handle stressful situations calmly, discreetly, and with respect for family confidentiality. * Availability to work on-site during afternoon shifts. * Residence in Palma or surrounding areas is mandatory.
