TASKS • Collaborate with the kitchen team in processes including receipt of raw materials, storage, thawing, temperature control, food handling, cleaning, and disinfection. • Perform scheduled tasks related to food preparation and presentation. • Carry out periodic cleaning as established in the cleaning plan. • Handle food in compliance with current regulations. • Inspect and monitor kitchen equipment and tools, reporting any issues accordingly. ### **Requirements** • Minimum 2 years’ experience in gastronomic hotels. • Proactivity and dynamism. • Positive attitude, teamwork, initiative, and results-oriented mindset. • Residency in Palma de Mallorca or surrounding areas. ### **We Offer** • 40-hour weekly contract. • Job stability and competitive salary. • Opportunity to join a rapidly expanding chain.
