A food handler’s certificate is mandatory, along with substantial prior experience in the hospitality industry. Main responsibilities include organizing and supervising the kitchen team, preparing and plating food according to established menus and specific dietary requirements. The role also involves order management, trolley preparation, and maintaining order and cleanliness in the kitchen, ensuring full compliance with all food hygiene and safety regulations. A part-time work schedule with flexible hours is offered, Monday through Saturday, covering morning and afternoon shifts. The employment contract will be temporary.
