The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and presenting meals for large groups, ensuring food quality and safety at all times. **Responsibilities:** * Develop culinary preparations, ensure compliance with defined menus and technical specifications, and implement good practices. * Prepare standard and adapted menus and diets. * Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure proper organization and workflow. * Supervise inventory of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as needed. * Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations – HACCP recordkeeping. * Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in the work area, and monitor the use of equipment, materials, and tools. * Train new team members on cooking practices and company procedures. **We offer:** * Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week. * Schedule: short week (Tuesday, Thursday, Friday) / long week (Monday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday), from 8:00 to 20:00 (with corresponding break). * Salary according to the Collective Agreement for Collective Catering. * Duration: temporary replacement for sick leave (IT). * Temporary contract. * Opportunity to work within a collaborative and dynamic team. * Join a leading company that values and rewards the effort and dedication of its employees: continuous training plan, social benefits, professional development.
