The selected candidate will work rotating morning and afternoon shifts, from 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM and from 2:30 PM to 9:30 PM, with immediate start. Main responsibilities include supporting the head or responsible chef, monitoring product receipt and verifying raw materials. Menus must be prepared following technical specifications for each dish, compliance with current food safety regulations must be ensured, and user satisfaction must be safeguarded. In the absence of the responsible person, orders and daily production reports will be managed. Candidates must have formal training in hospitality and catering, with at least twelve months of experience in a similar position, preferably in collective catering. Certifications in food handling, use of cleaning chemicals, and supplementary training in equality will be valued.
