




Job Summary: Responsible for menu preparation, quality control, food management, facility maintenance, and food hygiene compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Menu preparation with attention to dietary requirements and quality control 2. Comprehensive food management and hygiene maintenance 3. Allergen control and compliance with food legislation Prepare menus according to specifications, with special attention to dietary requirements, quality control, and presentation. Adjust portion sizes according to medical prescriptions. Receive and store food supplies, monitoring expiration dates and ensuring proper distribution within refrigerated chambers. Retain daily samples of prepared meals. Maintain cleanliness of machinery, utensils, and facilities. Manage waste and transport it to the designated evacuation point. Plate meals during service hours. Report incidents to supervisors. Monitor kitchen staff uniformity and adherence to hygiene measures. Record food hygiene data and monitor allergens in accordance with legislation. Indefinite-term employment contract, part-time schedule of 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Monthly salary of 713 euros. Location: Alcalá de Guadaíra (Seville).
