




Job Summary: Responsible for food preparation and seasoning, kitchen staff supervision, and equipment maintenance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Food preparation and seasoning 2. Staff supervision and hygiene maintenance 3. Inventory control and equipment cleaning Preparation and seasoning of meals in accordance with the menu and dietary regimens proposed by management and supervised by the physician. Prepare daily regular, special, and extraordinary meal services as communicated. Arrange trolleys with prepared menus. Monitor the pantry condition daily and retrieve products as needed for preparing various meal services. Ensure that subordinates perform their professional duties and supervise their hygiene and uniform compliance. Maintain departmental machinery and utensils—including trays, ovens, fryers, exhaust hoods, slicers, pots—in perfect cleanliness and working order. Monitor chamber temperatures. Record data in HACCP documentation.
