Description
Financial role at a rapidly growing production company. The selected candidate will be responsible for the accounting of productions (invoices, payroll, expenses) and will assume the Controller role for smaller-scale productions, with close support from the Financial Controller. This is a genuine opportunity to train internally in audiovisual production financial management, with a clear path toward increased responsibility as experience is gained.
Key Responsibilities
● Vendor onboarding, invoice and payroll accounting in the ERP.
● Accounting and reconciliation of corporate credit cards with the general ledger.
● Budget setup in the ERP.
● Support to Production Controllers in using tools (Business Central and Pleo).
● Recording of production forecasts and provisions in accounting.
● Preparation of supplier payment batches and expense reports.
● Invoicing for production services rendered.
● Controller role for small productions: simplified budget tracking and cash flow monitoring.
● Regular meetings with the Entertainment Production Director to review budget vs. actuals.
Essential Requirements
● Degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, Advanced Finance, or equivalent.
● Strong willingness to learn, proactive attitude, and attention to detail.
● Advanced user-level proficiency in Excel.
● Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
● Knowledge or experience (including internships) with Business Central or other accounting ERP systems.
● Prior experience in accounting, even if limited to internships.
Salary: €15,892.81–€22,000.00 per year
