**SAT PROCESS CONTROLLER – SAT (S. Javier\-Murcia)** You specialize in process control and supervision of Technical Assistance services. We are looking for a **SAT Process Controller/Manager** to drive optimization, control, and professionalization of their Technical Assistance Department. We seek an analytical, organized, and results-oriented individual capable of working with operational data, identifying improvement opportunities, and providing a structured perspective to optimize processes, response times, and service quality. **What will be your mission?** You will be responsible for analyzing and supervising the performance of the SAT department, monitoring key indicators, identifying inefficiencies, and proposing operational improvements that enhance productivity, reduce resolution times, and improve service experience. **Main responsibilities** * Analyze the daily operations of the SAT department. * Monitor response times, resolution times, and SLA compliance. * Track open, closed, overdue, and recurring incidents. * Identify bottlenecks, delays, duplications, and inefficiencies in processes. * Review, document, and standardize work methods. * Prepare periodic reports, operational dashboards, and management scorecards. * Define and monitor departmental KPIs: productivity, average times, incidents per technician, region or type, monthly service evolution, etc. * Analyze recurring incidents to propose preventive solutions and continuous improvements. * Conduct internal audits to verify compliance with established procedures. * Coordinate with SAT managers, technicians, administration, and leadership to implement operational improvements. * Contribute to departmental professionalization and optimization through control, analysis, and data tracking. **Requirements** * Degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Engineering, Industrial Organization, Systems, Electronics, Business Analytics, or related field. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in process control, operations, SAT, technical support, quality, internal audit, continuous improvement, or operational data analysis. * Advanced Excel skills: pivot tables, formulas, data cross-referencing, charts, and dashboards. * Ability to work with exported databases and large volumes of information. * Power BI and Power Query experience is highly valued. * Familiarity with ERP, CRM, ticketing systems, or incident management tools is desirable. * Knowledge of KPIs, SLAs, and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus. **Key competencies** * Strong analytical ability and data-driven mindset. * Organization, methodical approach, and rigor. * Attention to detail. * Ability to identify process failures and improvement opportunities. * Proactivity and autonomy. * Effective communication with technical staff and management. * Results orientation and commitment to continuous improvement. **What do we offer?** * Join a stable and growing project. * Permanent contract. * Full-time position. * Salary commensurate with experience and skills. * A role with direct impact on the operational and strategic improvement of the SAT department. * A dynamic, collaborative environment focused on innovation and efficiency. * Opportunities for professional development and internal growth.
