We are currently looking to **hire** a **Contract Manager for Contract Management**, who shares our commitment to **quality, responsibility, and excellent service.** **Key Functions and Responsibilities:** * Comprehensive management of key project agreements, ensuring monitoring and compliance with contractual obligations throughout execution. * Drafting and negotiation of subcontracting, supply, and service contracts, as well as any potential amendments, change orders, and claims, in coordination with the Legal and Contract Management departments. * Identification, registration, and tracking of contractual events and notifications, ensuring traceability and necessary documentary support for defending potential claims. * Coordination with project teams to oversee the Contractor–Owner relationship and protect the company’s contractual interests.
