You’ll collaborate closely with various departments and, as required, supervise continuous improvement projects and multidisciplinary teams. Your main responsibilities will include: * Analyzing processes and identifying improvement opportunities. * Implementing continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, etc.). * Managing productivity and quality optimization projects. * Training and supporting staff in adopting new practices. * Preparing performance reports and metrics for management. **What will make you successful in this role?** To succeed in this position, it is essential to hold a university degree in operations management, engineering, or related disciplines. We seek professionals with at least 5 years of experience in operations and process improvement roles, having applied Lean, Six Sigma, or other optimization tools. Additionally, fluency in both Spanish and English is mandatory, as you’ll operate in an international setting where effective communication is critical.
