Real opportunities for development within the organization At Gotam, we are looking for a **Construction Site Manager** with proven experience in comprehensive construction project management—capable of coordinating teams, controlling costs, meeting deadlines, and ensuring technically sound execution of each project. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading the construction site from planning through to final handover, ensuring compliance with the company’s quality, safety, and profitability standards. Main Responsibilities: * Plan, organize, and coordinate all phases of the construction project. * Supervise on-site work execution, ensuring compliance with technical specifications regarding quality, timelines, and budget. * Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. * Conduct daily site monitoring and resolve technical or operational issues. * Control materials, machinery, resources, and supply requirements. * Prepare progress reports, deviation analyses, cost summaries, and scheduling updates. * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. * Review measurements, certifications, and technical documentation. * Maintain effective communication with management, clients, technical staff, and site teams. * Identify risks, anticipate potential problems, and propose effective solutions. Requirements: * Degree in **Technical Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building Engineering**, or equivalent. * Minimum of **5 years’ experience as a Construction Site Manager** or in similar roles. * Proven experience managing construction projects from inception to completion. * Knowledge of planning, economic control, and subcontractor management. * Proficiency in construction management tools and Microsoft Office suite. * Solid knowledge of occupational health and safety practices. * Leadership, organizational, and decision-making capabilities. * A solution-oriented, proactive, and results-driven profile. * Willingness to travel as required by project needs.
