**Day Concierge for a Residential Community – Las Rozas** A services company is seeking to hire a **day concierge** to work in a residential community located in Las Rozas. We are looking for a **responsible, punctual, committed, and highly service-oriented individual**, capable of properly attending to residents and maintaining the community’s facilities. **Main Responsibilities:** * General control and supervision of the community. * Attending to residents and suppliers. * Receiving parcels and managing access. * Supervising and performing basic maintenance of common areas. * Performing minor gardening tasks and caring for outdoor areas. * Reporting incidents to the company. **Requirements:** * Responsible, punctual, and committed individual. * Positive attitude and strong willingness to work. * Ability to work autonomously and resolve issues effectively. * **Residing in Las Rozas or nearby areas will be highly valued.** * **Basic gardening knowledge and prior experience in residential communities, concierge roles, or similar positions will be valued.** * Immediate availability to start. **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday: **08:30–18:00**, including lunch break. **Friday: Morning shift only, ending at noon.** **Salary conditions according to applicable collective agreement.** If you are responsible, committed, and eager to work, we want to meet you!
