At Grupo DISA, we are expanding our team and hiring **2 Compensation Technicians** to join the Compensation, Data, and Labor Relations Department. If dynamic environments, teamwork, and challenges related to people management motivate you, we want to meet you! **What will be your mission?** You will be responsible for ensuring the proper execution and control of procedures related to personnel administration, payroll, and compensation management, guaranteeing regulatory compliance and correct application of internal procedures. Additionally, you will provide specialized advisory services to our internal clients, contributing to efficient, rigorous management aligned with the company's objectives. **What will your day-to-day look like?** Personnel Administration and Payroll ✅ Manage personnel administration processes in accordance with internal procedures. ✅ Prepare and monitor payrolls, settlement payments, advances, supplements, absences, IRPF adjustments, and transfers. ✅ Process employment contracts, registrations, deregistrations, and modifications with Social Security. ✅ Manage procedures related to maternity, paternity, work-related accidents, and occupational illness. ✅ Supervise vacations and incidents associated with time tracking. Compensation, Data, and Reporting ✅ Manage and validate information required for calculating variable data. ✅ Monitor corporate systems related to payroll and time tracking. ✅ Prepare periodic reports and indicators for internal clients. ✅ Analyze and track absenteeism indicators. ✅ Participate in the preparation of annual budgets. ✅ Prepare monthly information requested by the National Statistics Institute. Compliance and Labor Management ✅ Manage documentation and procedures before official bodies. ✅ Report work-related accidents via the Delta System. ✅ Manage procedures related to pension plans, social benefits, business transfers, and judicial withholdings. ✅ Participate in internal audits and ensure compliance with established procedures. ✅ Ensure proper implementation of data security and protection measures. Internal Client Advisory ✅ Resolve inquiries and provide technical advisory services on labor and compensation matters. ✅ Analyze incidents and propose efficient solutions. ✅ Collaborate with different business areas, providing expert judgment and specialized knowledge.
