We are seeking a community cook to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing menus for groups—including school camps, summer camps, residential programs, and family tourism—adapting to diverse dietary needs and preferences, including food intolerances and special diets. They will also manage inventory and product orders, ensuring compliance with HACCP protocols and current food safety regulations. The candidate will be responsible for organizing and cleaning the kitchen space and coordinating the kitchen team to ensure efficient operations. We seek a professional with experience in catering for groups and collective settings, capable of organizing their kitchen station clearly and efficiently. The candidate must be able to work collaboratively, maintain a positive work environment, and coordinate service timing with both the team and management. Solid knowledge of menu planning, management of food intolerances and special dietary needs, as well as experience in the proper use of kitchen resources and materials, is essential. Compliance with hygiene and food safety standards, along with responsibility and autonomy in organizing one’s own workspace, is mandatory. Prior experience in community, school, or organized catering is highly valued. The candidate must demonstrate teamwork ability, strong organizational and planning skills, and bring positive energy, as they will be working with children and young people. Commitment to food quality and safety, as well as a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for travel to the facility, are required.
