Proactive and responsible person We are looking for a sales representative for a real estate company, with responsibilities focused on acquiring and prospecting new properties. The role also includes directly negotiating transactions with clients, conducting commercial visits, implementing cold-calling techniques, and performing other day-to-day tasks associated with the position. The offered contract is temporary, with full-time working hours of 40 hours per week. Working hours will be Monday to Friday, split shift, from 10:00 to 19:00, including breaks established by law. * Minimum two years of experience in the real estate commercial sector * Residence near the workplace is desirable. * Candidate must possess strong negotiation and persuasion skills, and be proactive and responsible.
