At Mi Préstamo, a leading company in the microfinance sector, we are seeking a committed Collector with negotiation skills and excellent client management abilities. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the recovery of overdue loans, ensuring compliance with the deadlines and procedures established by the company. Responsibilities: * Conduct visits to clients with overdue debts to negotiate and manage collection of pending payments. * Assess debtors' financial situations and offer alternative payment options that facilitate account regularization. * Maintain a detailed record of visits, agreements, and payments made. * Meet the recovery targets set by the company. * Report progress and challenges in collection management to the collections supervisor. * Ensure respectful and professional treatment of clients at all times. Requirements: * Valid driver's license. * Personal vehicle. * Prior experience in similar roles (collections, sales, customer service) is preferred. * Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities. * Results-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure. * Basic knowledge of computer tools (MS Office). * Personal vehicle, preferably a motorcycle (optional). * Driver's license MANDATORY.
