DESCRIPTION ### **Job Description:** Our client, a company specializing in the design and manufacturing of welded mechanical structures, with 50 years of history and located in Banyoles, requires a CNC Lathe Operator / Second-Class Skilled Worker. Under the supervision of shift supervisors, the candidate will operate the CNC lathe according to programs, instructions, and established guidelines to manufacture parts in compliance with drawings and technical and quality specifications. Perform basic adjustments, dimensional checks, simple process corrections, and basic maintenance tasks, while maintaining workplace order and reporting any process-related incidents. ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Operate the CNC lathe. * Mount tools and perform basic adjustments. * Interpret machining drawings. * Produce parts using the CNC lathe. * Control part quality. * Perform simple process corrections. * Carry out basic maintenance and maintain workplace order. ### **Desirable Requirements:** * Prior experience working with CNC lathes or milling machines. * Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and follow manufacturing instructions. * Knowledge of tool changes, basic adjustments, and simple process corrections. * Ability to perform dimensional control using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, or gauges. * Responsible, methodical, quality-oriented individual capable of reporting incidents to the supervisor. ### **Offered:** * Employment with a stable and growing company. * Positive work environment and multidisciplinary team. * Continuous training and professional development. * Initial remuneration of 24\.000 € gross per year * Working hours from 7:00 to 15:00, Monday to Friday
