Permanent employment contract **Location:** Baix Llobregat area (Molins de Rei, Sant Vicenç dels Horts, Sant Feliu de Llobregat) **Working Hours:** 24 hours per week (Monday to Friday) **Salary:** €700–€750 gross/month (depending on experience/collective agreement) **Contract Type:** Permanent / Indefinite **Job Description** We are looking for a committed, detail-oriented, and organized **Cleaning Technician** to join our team in the Baix Llobregat area. You will be responsible for maintaining and cleaning assigned facilities, following an already established and stable work schedule. **What We Offer:** * **Stable schedule:** 24 weekly hours distributed from Monday to Friday. * **Predefined schedule:** You will know your shifts and work locations in advance for optimal work-life balance. * **Job stability:** Permanent employment contract. * **Salary:** €700–€750 gross per month. **Required Qualifications** * Proven prior experience in cleaning tasks (offices, residential buildings, commercial premises, or retail spaces). * **Personal vehicle (car/motorcycle):** Having a personal vehicle is **highly recommended**, as some areas are poorly served by public transport or located far from it, requiring travel between work sites. * Responsible, punctual individual with autonomy in their work. * Residence in the area or nearby (Molins de Rei, Sant Vicenç dels Horts, Sant Feliu de Llobregat). **Main Responsibilities** * Cleaning and disinfecting surfaces, furniture, common areas, and restrooms. * Emptying trash bins and managing waste. * Maintaining order and restocking consumable supplies. * Compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.
