We are looking for a **Civil Works Skilled Worker with experience in linear works, urban development, and signage.** If you have experience executing civil works and wish to join a team dedicated to infrastructure development, we want to meet you! **Your responsibilities will include:** * Executing civil works in linear projects, urban development, and signage * Supporting earthworks, spreading, compaction, and finishing tasks * Installing curbs, manholes, conduits, pavements, and other urban development elements * Executing horizontal and vertical signage works * Operating and using hand tools, light machinery, and civil works-specific equipment * Complying with on-site safety, quality, and environmental regulations * Coordinating with the site team to ensure proper execution of assigned tasks **Requirements:** * Prior experience as a Civil Works Skilled Worker * Experience in linear works, urban development, and/or signage * Knowledge of pavement, surfacing, conduit, curb, and urban development element installation * Experience in horizontal and vertical signage is desirable * Construction-sector PRL (Prevention of Occupational Risks) training is desirable * Willingness to work on-site and travel as required by project needs **What we offer:** • Stability: Position in established projects within the railway sector • Continuous training: Training programs tailored to your role • Flexible compensation: Transport allowance, meal vouchers, medical insurance, childcare support, and training * **Join Aldesa** At Aldesa, you’ll find not just a job—but a place to grow.
