Organize and supervise daily production. Supervise dish presentation (cooking, temperatures, seasoning, etc.). Place supply orders for the kitchen. Monitor product quality and proper storage. Manage food safety. Be responsible for equipment, its cleaning, and maintenance. * 2 years’ experience. Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Chef.
