Part-time Waiter/Waitress – High-end Italian Restaurant **Ana’s Italian Restaurant & Cocktail Bar**, located in the center of Barcelona, is seeking to hire a **part-time waiter/waitress** with experience in high-end restaurants and a strong customer-oriented mindset. Main Responsibilities * Professional, friendly, and personalized customer service. * Preparation and organization of the dining area before, during, and after service. * Taking orders and advising guests on the menu. * Serving dishes, wines, cocktails, and other beverages. * Coordination with the kitchen and other front-of-house staff. * Adherence to the restaurant’s service and image standards. * Handling payments and resolving guests’ needs throughout their experience. Mandatory Requirements * Prior experience as a waiter/waitress in high-end restaurants. * Excellent customer service skills and strong communication ability. * Proficiency in **Spanish and English**. Both languages are mandatory. * Professional appearance and demeanor. * Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure. * Responsible, punctual, organized, and solution-oriented individual. * Availability for part-time work, including weekends and public holidays according to assigned shifts. * Valid documentation permitting employment in Spain.
