Cleaning and organizing the bistro and equipment As part of the Prepared Meals team, your mission will be to deliver excellent customer service by performing duties related to customer interaction, product handling, and sales of available offerings. Some specific responsibilities include: * Providing customer service and processing payments using an active welcome model, advising and recommending available products. * Monitoring merchandise, its storage conditions, expiration dates, and temperature to ensure quality. * Properly arranging stock and supporting inventory counts and order placement. * Ensuring accurate product information (price, storage method, ingredients, allergens, etc.) is available for sale. * Handling products in accordance with Alcampo-defined standards and current hygiene and sanitation requirements. * Cleaning and organizing the bistro, equipment, and facilities.
