The mission is to identify and develop commercial opportunities to expand our client and project portfolio. For this position, we require a Civil Engineer (specializing in Roads, Canals, and Ports), with at least 10 years of experience in civil engineering, including 6 years specifically in engineering and business development within both public and private organizations. Responsibilities include: * Managing the portfolio * Acquiring new clients within the region * Supervising and coordinating project development * Liaising with public administration * Ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets * Managing personnel involved in the project * Maintaining communication with clients and project teams * Resolving problems and making decisions * Ensuring compliance with quality standards * Preparing progress and results reports * Participating in corporate planning * Establishing strategic alliances with partners We seek professionals with: * Business Vision and Networking: Ability to identify market niches and tender opportunities before they become publicly announced. * Institutional Relations: Skill in liaising with Public Administration, understanding its timelines, tender procedures, and specific regulations. * Negotiation Skills: To finalize contracts and manage strategic alliances and collaboration agreements (e.g., UTEs, consortia, etc.). * Market Analysis: Capability to monitor competitors and industry trends in civil engineering. * Results Orientation: Consistent focus on delivering milestones and ensuring end-customer satisfaction.
