Join us and help the world’s leading organizations discover the value of technology and build a more sustainable and inclusive world. **About the Role** What will you do on the project? * Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for the personal accident application. * Conduct detailed analysis of user needs and business processes to guide the application’s design and functionality. * Develop user stories, use cases, and functional specifications to guide the development process. * Perform usability testing and collect feedback to improve features and user experience. Act as a liaison between business areas and the development team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. * **Your Profile** To thrive in this role, you should be comfortable with: * Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the insurance sector. * Demonstrable experience in AI environments/projects. * Proficiency in business analysis tools (JIRA, Confluence). * English language proficiency at C1 level.
